PRIVATE HANDS-ON MOVEMENT LESSONS
Private sessions are individual lessons where the practitioner gently guides your movement allowing for new patterns in the brain to be formed providing opportunities for change in your organization through gentle touch and guided movement. A series of lessons is recommended to help accomplish your goals: overcoming pain, improving balance, increasing flexibility and strength, overcoming limitations due to accidents, surgeries or poor habits, enhancing fitness and cognitive performance. Lessons are 45 – 60 minutes. Please wear comfortable clothing allowing for unrestricted movement.TRANSFORMATIONAL MOVEMENT LESSONS (TML)
TML are verbally guided classes focusing on the quality of movement through gentle exploration. Each lesson focuses on a specific sequence of movements to focus your awareness on how you organize movement. It provides the brain with the information it needs to create new, improved movement patterns. Through the lessons each person gains more understanding of themselves resulting in less pain and effort.
